When the sale itself moves the stock, the count is right without anyone counting. If your item range is small and turnover is slow, a spreadsheet may genuinely be sufficient, and we will say so on the call.

Yes. Where we build both the store and the inventory system, stock is shared, so an online order and a counter sale deduct from the same figure. Where the store already exists, we integrate through its API — the approach depends on which platform it runs on, and we confirm it during discovery.
